The Headquarters at Bell Cattle Co. is a wedding and event venue located in Bristow, Oklahoma. Originally built in 1937 as a hay barn on the ranch, The Headquarters has been lovingly and meticulously restored. The venue features a custom-made steel spiral staircase that serves as a main focal point, along with bridal and groom’s suites, a built-in bar, catering kitchen and more. The Headquarters is located on 1500 acres of breathtaking ranch land, and the venue is surrounded by lush fields and rolling hills. About The Bell Family
Steven and I were high school sweethearts who married young and started a family early. We were fortunate enough to purchase 16 acres of land in 2003. It was a perfect location, close to town with fantastic neighbors. While pouring the concrete footing on the new house we were building, I snapped a photo. In the background of that picture was a huge old barn. At that point in time, never in a million years did we think that we would ever own that very barn….
Fast forward 20 years and we still live in the same house we poured the footing on in that photo. We have so many happy memories there raising our four children. Through the years, life has changed and we have been blessed in ways we never expected—and that barn in the old photo plays a very big role in our lives today.
When we purchased the ranch in 2015, the barn was in horrible shape. It was weathered, decayed and falling down. It truly appeared that there was no hope for the old barn, but with its 40’ tall ceilings, unique structure and history, we just couldn’t bear to tear it down. Renovations began in 2019, and what started out as a project to “not lose” the barn quickly turned into a full-scale construction project. As we poured blood, sweat and tears into the project, it began to take shape in front of our eyes. We didn’t start with a firm design, blueprints or agenda. We made decisions as we went and designed the space as we built it. We loved the barn before we started redoing it, and we love it even more now. We’ve put our heart and souls into building it and we hope that the love we have for it shows. To be perfectly honest, we didn’t build this to be a venue… we built it for our family. However, we believe that it is truly special and want to share it with other families so that they can make memories here as well.

For a wedding rental, you will have access to the venue from 6am to 12am on the date reserved.
Yes! We love outdoor weddings. We have multiple outdoor locations available, from the front lawn to open pastures to wooded locations.
No, we do not require a planner. However, we do recommend that you have one so that you are able to relax and enjoy your special day. We have an excellent, experienced planner we’d be happy to refer you to if interested.
Yes. We have ample parking space for all guests and handicap parking is also available.
Yes, with prior approval from The Headquarters team. This could be subject to change should there be a burn ban in effect in the area.
